The Monashee Guest Ranch is an exclusive Mountain Guest Ranch and RV Resort that is comprised of 5 luxurious guest tent cabins, 3 restored and remodelled rustic cabins and 3 guest/staff homes as well as our Cowboy Kitchen Restaurant.

Amenities include showers, RV and camping sites, gift shop and necessities store. The outdoor adventure activities offered include, horseback riding, hiking, ATV/Snowmobile tours, off road all terrain mountain tours, gold panning, guided hiking tours, wildlife viewing, fishing, cross country skiing and a host of other outdoor activities all of which are revenue sources.

The property is zoned and approved for 46 RV sites which will be marketed.

The location is only 500 meters off Highway # 6 which is considered a “must drive” for travellers coming to BC. The highway is often referred to as the Hot Springs highway because of its links to the many hot springs in the area between the ranch and the Kootenays. The Monashee Mountains are considered world class skiing, snowmobiling and hiking areas.

The Ranch is a short picturesque 45-minute drive from Vernon BC and the world famous Okanagan Valley.

The property is zoned C-5 and LH. The main site comprising 62 acres is presently approved for 46 RV/camping sites with a possibility of an additional 46 sites in the future. The remaining 18 acres is zoned Large Holdings and has road and water access.
